Ideas

- Document your email sequence (Stephanie uses Canva)
- Marketing experts say it takes 7-12 touches to make a sale.
- Save the emails that make you want to click as reference emails in the future.
- Check your email 1 - 2 times a day.
- Have a customer appreciation week/month. - Check out Jules Advent Calendar (available for the month of December 2021)

- Know your limits
- Outline every detail in writing
Red Flags to look for:
- Your gut is questioning the situation
- They request too many changes upfront or have too many "visions" of what it should be
- The expectations change
Strategies to avoid the job:

How do you know you are wasting time and money?
Wednesday Oct 20, 2021
Wednesday Oct 20, 2021
Jules, Stephanie, and Rachel talk over art shows and time-wasters for this year and how to stay more focus and on target.
While we had some pains, we did have lessons learned that will helpfully help you. Here are our tips:
1. Is it a reputable organization. Make sure who you are working with is a reputable company and review its competitors. Julie had a bad experience but the Licensing Expo was a great one.
2. Know your goals. Evaluate what your future looks like to pick the right things to do for you.
3. Evaluate the results. Evaluate anything new you try; and see what works and what doesn't work, then adjust.
4. Focus on 1 thing at a time.

Bottom line: Comparision is growth, it can be painful, but it is not death when you do it the right way. Find people you admire and that you trust to help make you better.
